In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, you can enjoy the benefits of outdoor life as well as some unforgettable landscapes and incomparable historical and cultural treasures. In Val di Cornia, in Località Cafaggio, lies “Casa Vacanze Ribocchi“, the result of a careful and elegant restoration of an early 1900 farmhouse in a rustic Tuscan style.
The stone-clad and sand-blasted exterior has a large porch with arches and retains the original brick paving. On the garden side, there is a large brick and wrought iron external staircase. The windows are large with the frames being made from precious chestnut wood. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and the area is renowned for its excellent wine and virgin olive oil due to the mild climate.
The Etruscans called the location “The Valley of the Sun” as it is surrounded to the east by picturesque olive tree-covered hills and Mediterranean plants. Looking west, the coast boasts never-ending unspoilt beaches and unpolluted waters. It is an ideal spot for children as the water is crystal clear and shallow so swimming is safe. For those who love nature, walking or cycling, the area brims with pollution-free air, good food, wine and olive oil.

| Cancellation policy | Cancellations must strictly be received within the terms established at the time of booking, otherwise the deposit paid will be retained in full. For cancellations received within the deadline, the deposit paid will be refunded minus the amount of € 30.00, for office expenses, by bank transfer. Failure to present will result in the full amount of the holiday being charged. Late arrivals or early departures do not give the right to refunds or reductions on the agreed price. |
| Important to note! | Additional costs: Air conditioning 8 euro/day. Heating 8 euro/day. 4 euro to use the washing machine (detergent not provided). The minimum length of stay is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). From September to June, short stays are possible. |
