If your request for assistance relates to a booking not yet completed, we would ask you to contact the accommodation establishment of pertinence and state your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests. In this way, we can assist you in the fastest time possible.

If your request relates to an existing booking, we ask that you make reference to the booking number that you received via email in the text of your request.

If you contact us for a problem in the use of our system, we ask that you enter a thorough description of the problem in the text of the request.
